Louis was a pleasure to work with. I walked into what looked like a massive production line, which was neat to see the behind the scenes work! The shop is in an industrial area. Was greeted by Louis. I asked if I can get some polo embroidered by Thursday which was only 2 days out, granted I only needed 6. I felt bad for adding in the rush order but he was cool about it. He showed me the different color golds he had and was patient even though I just added more work on top of load. He had a few samples shirts that I was able to look through. He knew exactly what I was looking for when describing what image I wanted to portray with the polos. He couldn't promised me it would be done but it got done! He ordered the shirts I needed and it was all done before end of the day Thursday.
